  • Core/Core-plus and value added assets.
  • Properties requiring modern renovation and/or significant improvements.
  • Partnership buyouts and restructurings.
Preferred Markets:
  • Major, secondary and tertiary markets in the continental United States.
  • Growth markets and submarkets.
Transaction Size:
