Resume Requirements

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree;
Finance, accounting and/or real estate major preferable

Experience: Intern or post graduate experience in either finance or real estate

Personality: Outgoing, persistent, self-starter with a desire for lifetime achievement

Position’s Responsibilities & Development

Financial Analysis: Creation of cash flow projections models and sensitivity analyses for project cash flows and investment returns.

Market Research: Conduct research for both asset-level new business opportunities and participate in the acquisitions and development team effort to formulate and select target investment strategies, submarkets and pipeline opportunities. Responsibilities to include “pre-diligence” activities such as: shopping the competitive set, use of Co-Star and other related databases.

Investment Documentation: Assist in the creation of the group’s investment material, including investment summaries, business plans and presentations.

Due Diligence: Work with the acquisitions teams and key individuals (consultants, vendors, etc.) as required to complete all necessary aspects of the due diligence process for any investment opportunities being pursued.

New Business Development: Research, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities for multi-family; both existing and to-be-developed.



  • 2-3 years relevant experience as an Analyst at an owner/developer or private equity firm.

  • Skilled in real estate underwriting and financial analysis.

  • Ability to think as a principal.

  • Property valuation experience.

  • Excellent due diligence, analytical, negotiating, transaction structuring and financial skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills’ strong presentation and process management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and Argus.
